Can't leave town bug

In case you can't leave town, go to the tavern, save and exit, and reload. This nasty bug has been around a long time, and I can't fix it yet, although I am really trying hard

Made some progress on this but need to redo all the "rest_for_hours" calls with something more like timeout locks to completely remove this.

  I made some adjustments to the duration of forced sleep periods and removed the $auto_enter_town  assignments but
it is still possible to be stuck in town taking many guild lessons.  I should be able to finish replacing the calls next week.
