Well, DR are Winner of Div B but not in Div A yet :p
The fact is that we are in good relation with DR, and when we talked about an application of RNGD/DR to the tournament, DR was not already winner of Div B :/

As I said a few times before, this tournament can't really be done without appropriate maps.
Since I didn't get enough of those maps, and there wasn't a huge amount of interest (probably enough teams that if I'd had the maps I'd have run the tournament though), I'm gonna go ahead and declare this dead.
