This thread contains the needed info to perform scening for the lordship's settlements.  This thread may also be used as a Q&A thread for scening specific questions.



Scening Rules and Example

Please follow the rules and guidelines outlined in the Lordship Scening Ability ruleset.
In addition I encourage all sceners to keep balance and fair play in mind when creating their modifications.  The point is to create advantages, not unovercomable defenses.

Scenes Readme.txt

This is the Readme file I created for the Development Team to standardize our module creation.  Note the .sco reference list and the file naming process.

All ROCK scenes are divided into 5 categories: Nord Cities, Nord Castles, Nord Villages, Vaegir Territories, Rural

Standard coding for scene's names is as follows:
##All coding will be done in lowercase.##
Cities = scn_multi_city_*name of city*.sco
Castle = scn_multi_*name of castle*_castle.sco
Villages = scn_multi_*name of village*_village.sco
Rural = scn_multi_rural_*name of scene*.sco

Spawn Points

The spawns in ROCK are different than a standard Team Deathmatch or Siege spawns.  There are only 8 spawns per side.  Do not use any additional spawns. The spawns are as follows:
Team 1/Defender = 0-7
Team 2/Attacker = 32-39

Ladders

Due to reasons not known at this time, moving ladders controlled by spawn points have proven unreliable to utilize.  All ladders are to be permanently placed to the appropriate wall section allowing ladder access.

Current Module

The current module contains the .txt files and SceneObj folder needed to load all available scenes.  Just unzip and copy/paste all files and folders into a fresh copy of Native.
