It should, but I'm not sure about the copyrighty things. Though in vikingr mod we have music from Medieval total war: viking invasion and CIA left it alone. Some viking folk music during the battles would be really awesome too, would double the immersion.

Actually, I'd say lesser known groups like these might allow the use of their music in a game like Vikingr for free. The game gets music while the musicians get exposure.
