National Defense Authorization Act bill the worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial provision of S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill, meaning America is a battlefield kiddies, and you can be arrested and thrown away into a dungeon without a trial if the government suspects you of being a terrorist, in other words, whoever the government does not like can disappear with out a trace or be outright killed in the new Amerika. And the problem is with us too children, we grow up to expect and even to be comforted by surveillance, we are evolving into the perfect cellophane citizen for a new transparent society, even reassured by it, even so much so that few are likely to notice let alone warn. And when they cry peace and safty... And now Obama can kill Americans when he likes, its called (Martial law), is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis—(usually) only temporary—when the civilian government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain order and security, and provide essential services), when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread.
Today the Christian constitutionalists mourns for his country. He sees the spiritual and political faith of his fathers betrayed by wolves in sheep's clothing. He sees the forces of evil increasing in strength and momentum under the leadership of Satan, the arch-enemy of freedom. He sees the wicked honored and the valiant abused. He senses that his own generation faces Gethsemanes and Valley Forges that may yet rival or surpass the trials of the early Apostles and the men of ‘76. And this gives him cause to reflect on the most basic of fundamentals—the reason for our existence. Once we understand that fundamental, the purpose for mortality, we may more easily chart a correct course in the perilous seas that are engulfing our nation.

Obama’s EO allows the president to “take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirements” in the event of a “potential threat to the security of the United States.”
Obama’s latest EO demonstrates once again that the executive will continue to violate the Constitution, in particular Article I, Section 1, which states: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”
Any enactment of law by the executive is made in Excess of Jurisdiction and is by definition treason.
