Black Strugglers

So I now have the Dragonslayer, what I cant figure out although I have looked through most of the Stickied threads, is how I recruit black strugglers? Do I need to make my own faction (Cause atm I'm a vassal of Tudor) or do I just have to wait alittle bit longer?

They are Gutts' Kingdom elite units.

So basicly I have to make my own kingdom and then recruit them from any city that I take control of?

Yes, keep in mind you can't make a kingdom until Casca is healed (I believe)

Well, I started a (pretty unsucessfull) kingdom earlier!

Were you able to recruit black strugglers with this early-on kingdom? Or maybe your, I quote, "unsuccessful" kingdom never gained a city?

You can have kingdom before Casca is healed and you can recruit struglers in city then.

Exactly. I struggled to keep roughly 1100 tudors and 200 midlanders away from my lone castle, until disaster struck and I barely got away from my crumbling ''empire''..
