I don't get it either, I love the look of all of it, faces, armour, banners, but the original mod seems to be by Russian modders and these new screens are from a Chinese forum, I don't see the connection.

I haven't seen any mod look as good as this, but I would assume they are using a modified version of Polished Landscapes and/or the Cinematic Compilation.

But the faces look like they're taken straight from Bannerlord.

I think it's a 1257AD based mod wich only changes Russia with China, and adds all these well looking textures and models.
Well, or maybe I'm talking about Song Dinasty mod. Don't know if they are the same:
