B Other Combat Animation Enhancement - Fifth Release with Trailer 15/11/10

Users who are viewing this thread

Hello, I am trying to implement the animation Combat Animation Enhancement in modification of "A clash of kings 1.2". At first, everything is fine, but minutes 10-20 game shows error "Incorect sceletons type 571". I think this animation fight each other. Maybe I'm doing wrong? I throw the sceletons.brf in the resources folder and modifications to the root folder of the game (comonres)replace the animation file in the folder fashion and prescribe line in "module.inf ". What to do? P.S. Sorry for my bad English, I write with the translator. Please help!

Hi! I also got problem with ACOK. I tried it with ACOK 1.2 and it went fine (I didnt play for long time, so I don't know what would it do in one hour or such, but installation went fine and I tryied it ingame... no errors). With Acok 1.3 however, I tried both installation methods you described, but both are giving me errors. When I replace native skeletons.brf from warband/commonres with skeletons.brf from CAE and then replace actions.txt from ACOK 1.3 root folder with actions.txt from CAE, it gives me this error: Incorrect skeleton type for anim 571

The second method with placing CAE skeletons in module resource folder didnt work too, because there is no line "load_resource = skeletons" in ACOK's module.ini, there is only "load_mod_resource = min_mov_skeletons"
Replacing that line resulted in error on startup and then bugged townsmen in taverns. They were not sitting, but standing in a combat stance. New animations were present, but it was bugged so...

Anybody can help?

Is there a way to keep every animation in the mod, but revert to the old one handed attack animations?

I like everything except one handed attacks so i was wondering if i can use the vanilla animations for this and the mod for every other animation.

Thanks!!

Thank you so much

Added to 1429 mod.

Fantastic !!! it's a new game now.

note: by my think for added this to an action.txt with other anims (like the tavern pack)

find your lines with the new anims in the action.txt from the main module.

(my action.txt with the tavern pack)

And add this at the same line number in the action.txt from CAE mod.

Work for me.

Has anyone got this to work with NW?
EDIT: just the one handed ones tho because else there arent any upward attack bayos and some other problems like crouch anims
Nevermind, read a few page back's guide from the creator and got them working

Sorry for necroing too, but how what parts of the mod should I use if I want to play napoleonic wars with some of these animations?

Ive got everything to work except the over head polearm strike for nw bayonets, can anyone tell me how to keep it whilst adding the new animations?

Hello. First of all, thank you for making this awesome mod. Second, I am planning to use these animations in my realism-based mod called Fix'd. Is that okay?

Sorry to Necro this post ,but I cant seem to find the answer to this anywhere, Will this work with the Vanilla Viking Conquest DLC?

Does someone more skilled than me use this in multiplayer?
I want to know if it makes too much of a difference, but I haven't played in a while so I can't tell how much I'm missing because of the slight difference in animation or how much I'm missing because I'm out of practice. Is this mod good in single player? Because I just love these animations so much.
