Sunday the 27th of June the Nations Cup will begin. The Nations Cup is a round-robin tournament, meaning that all teams play each other once. The sunday two weeks later, the 18th of July is a deadline. In these two weeks all teams have to play 5 or 6 matches, which equals 6 tournament rounds. Because there are 19 teams each round there's one team that has no opponent, thus the 5 or 6 matches.
Date and times of the matches are up to the teams. However it has to be before the next sundays deadline. If one team can't play on any time/day suggested by their opponent and they don't suggest times/days themselves they automatically lose that round. A loss is 0 points, a draw is 1 point, a win is 3 points. After having played all 19 rounds the winner is the team with the most points. If there are two teams with equal points, they will play each other in a final match.
