[B] Realistic Colors 1.22 Released + Taller Grass

Users who are viewing this thread

I have to say, this reaches the level of Graphical Enhancement for original M&B.
Perhaps even better. Keep up the good work, this looks really amazing.

Regards

Thank you, but the thing is that Warband could easily look like this.
I've not made one single new texture, only corrected the colors of the old ones.
And the higher grass is just the Native grass made a little bit bigger.
It's very little work.

Anyway, some screens when playing cRPG.

it won't. he just told you all he did was recolor the texture.

as for the grass, it looks great, although i wonder should it really be that big? looks kind of like a weed jungle out there.

anyway, great looking mod. like a little taste of polished landscape.

wow, it looks really nice!

the world looks dark and wretched, and the noblemen's banners are the only strong color there is, which seems really nice.

way better than 1.1

can you increase the grass density?? i like the height and the recoloured textures, but theres a few "bald spots" in the ground.

WOW!!
Lookin' really nice!

I tried doing something similar but without much success.
I know this isn't texture related, but is it possible to have the grass show up in the distance? or at least extend the cut off point.

Keep up the good work!

Finally someone does a mod everyone wanted !
Great job !

Is it possible to edit  the terrain borders so its not hilly but more flat.
Thank you.

Well, it is possible, that's for sure.
How to do it is another question.

I'll take a look and see if I can figure it out.

I'm testing some stuff at the moment.

First of all I've made the hills outside the map much more flat (might flat them down some more?).
Then I've added hills to the skybox to simulate a horizon.

I think they skybox turn out a little bit to low resolution though, which you can see on the hills.
