I thought that Age of Blackpowder is a Mod, but the Mod is Realm of Revolution, isn't it?

Exactly. Don't forget the sound fix if you have vista as it fixes the crashes.
Also I would advice you to have a look at some of the add-ons. Personally I found them even more enjoyable to play. Have a look at age of nationalism (about the balkan and the ottoman empire) and napoleonic units add-on.
