Gather some young dandelion (the old, big leaves are quite bitter), preferably not from a motorway or with dog pee on em.

Wash it.
Create your own dressing. I made a classic oil-vinegar with freshly plucked chives.
Mix it all with boiled eggs, warm potatoes and fried bacon.
The last two can't be seen on the photo since I didn't have either left at home, but it's a nice addition to make it a richer meal and not just a salad.

Bigby: That looks pretty good. I woul prefer the bacon on the outside over the the ham on the inside, though.
