This doesn't have anything to do with the mod but I thought you guys might get a kick out of it.

Hey, I liked a lot. Kinda organized town, like if it was planned by the engineer.
I liked the trees also, but I don't understand what's the meaning of all those trees inside the castle.

it does look great ;p

The trees are around the path to the mosque. I thought the religious types in the mosque would rather look at trees than the castle walls. I can remove them if you think it would be better, I haven't sent them to wickedshot yet.

Dont remove them! btw you should add a cobble stone path way XD are they in the next mod yet? XD

There is no way that I found to make a cobble stone path. And yes the scenes have already made it into the next release.

This is the first day of the game, night has not even set in, and I've just claimed my first settlement:

This is also, coincidentally why 0.65 IS AWESOME.

This used to be emptiac if I remember correctly (right across the river from where Reyvadin used to be).  I know that one's been taken for designing, but I needed to start somewhere to practice.

Looking good.  And don't worry that someone else is doing the same one.  It will undoubtedly end up much different for a lot of reasons.

And poor Khairati and Pagan Vlad, they chased me so I led them into Nord territory:

This is my first ever attempt at trying to alter the town scenes.  I followed the tutorial in the Settlement Scene Making Guide topic.  At first the controls made me pull out my hair with frustration...... then i took a break and actually read the help section that came with the editor.  Now with this new found power i was off and running.  I decided to modify Sturnhill town because i liked the look of it and it was close to Cutaw? the major city.  I spent about 12 hrs modding this and each time i would stop id think of more to add.  It is a very addicting feeling knowing you can make any town now the way you want.  The following pictures are what I've done so far

as you can see the big tower up front is gone and ive added a church.  also added a road/path to town.
Here is the same gate house with banner a and portcullis added in open mode.  this is the back side of the gate house and Ive added night torches with smoke stain.    this the 2nd lvl of the gate house ive added a weapon wrack and placed bows in them.  this is the first floor of the gate house.  And i also added more weapon wraks on both sides.    how do i get rid of this big rock?.    added railings to stairs there are now a total of 3 stairs now.  I totally redid the merchant making it look like she actually has things for sale.    the new armorer and weapon smith with new clothes and redid their wares.     The anvil i made by using iron and a byzantine helm.  I have gotten to love the B (re size) function.    this is the original horse traders building now with more items.    i moved the archery butts and the weapon dummies to a more logical place.    added a church, still need to place cross on roof will make it out of iron bars.  on the hill behind the town Ive placed this round tower with catapult.  added a salt mine in the quarry.    also added tools and more rocks and wheelbarrow.  fixed the height of the earth next to the corners of the walls on both sides as well as leveling all the walls and making them seamless.      this is my new manor and i have placed guards here and the night torches with smoke stain.    this is the top of the manor Ive added a roof door and another night torch.   this is the beginning of a horse ranch , as well as being the spot my mounted riders sally forth from in battles.  and finally i redid the little garden by fencing it in.  now i have  allot of questions can i make my town guards 20-29 have patrol routes and if so how do i do it?  Is it possible to have a spot for foresters and quarry workers to directly spawn into instead of town?  why is it that the brigands use spawn point 47 inside the city to spawn to then walk through town to the 2 fallen logs? i moved that re spawn next to the fallen logs for now.  Final pic is my character Arturius a late roman leader.      let me know what you think?
