I keep getting this error while launching the mod: "Unable to open this file: ani_walk_sideways.brf"   :?
What can I do abaut it?

Couple of people reported that. I thnik you have some mods installed that interfier with Lords. Best thing is to make a clean install of M&B and then install Lords and Realms.
