Companion Morale Editing?

Like the Dionsia mod that makes your hero morale always 99 (despite bickering), how would i do that manually? (i want to use another mod and not use Dionsia)

What number should i change to see no morale reduction when my companions bicker?

I have no idea if this works or not but try changing to the following:
