archers and Crossbowmen when mounted or not mounted also have shields. I suggest that when the unit is using their primary weapon (bow, or crossbow), i think that the shield should be hung on their back as they usually did. It protects the unit from behind shots, and gives them time to reload.

I'd like it if the arrows (or bolts or javelins) were hung from the belt, and the shield was strapped around the back.
