For some reason M&B can't read the_swadian_empire.brf in the CommonRes file. Any ideas as to why that might be?

I had the same problem, an RGL error 'Unable to open file: CommonRes\the_swadian_empire.brf'. That's what your getting, right?
This fixed it for me:
Copy the_swadian_empire.brf in to your main commonRes map and that should fix it.

Eisenhouwer, the models are fantastic.

The only criticism I have is that you forgot to remove the scene objects.
Since this is just supposed to be a demo, I don't see why you needed to include all of the castle siege scenes. It makes the download take much longer.

Those Swadian Sergeants came out expecially nice. Are you planning to re-build your old troop designs, or try to incorporate most of them?

Yaragar Archers

(reguler:top/hardend:middle/veteran:bottom)

There not the best around Praven but there modified arrows and buckler will give the enemy some competition.

Super sexy!
Does that shield actually do blocking or is it just for fancyness' sake?

Yes it's a shield alright! The only fancy thing they have is pink underwear.

The knight armour will have a makeover same goes for the horse armour (as for the other factions ill see when I get there). As for the very old stuff ill drop those. (Ill slam them in a rar file when I find the time)

Sweetness, me like. A question though: are the bevors on the veteran swordsmen attached to the helmets or body?
