Yes, I got a copy myself. Have you checked your spam / junk mail folder to see if it got misrouted there?

EDIT: Also, you did check the specific e-mail account which you have set in your profile, right?

Just put the bloody release notes on the website please, been looking for the release notes for the last 5 mins and can't find anything.

Best place is a news forum, that way we can see all version notes in one place.
