Unfortunately , he stopped working on it about 1 year ago and the mod looked dead to all those who viewed the page, including me. One day, the 14th December, after talking with Shredorz about the mod, I noticed it was a pity to let such a promising mod slip into the dead mods' limbo. Thus, i decided to act: I PMed Highlander asking him if there was any chance to continue his project. His answer was affermative and he gave me all the files needed to work on it. Though the mod was outdated and working for the 1.134 Warband version, it was playable and still quiet fun, but very very bugged. Considering the fact that the mod was very promising, I contacted different people who accepted to continue the development of this mod so... here we are.
This a form of respect for those who've been working hard on this project.
We are going to develop an engaging and fun Multiplayer Star Wars mod which could be enjoyable by all Mount & Blade: Warband players just like it could be for Star Wars fans. There is no planned release date yet, but we are making daily progresses and are working on it.
Star Wars Bear Force II is finally alive and kicking with a new team. We intend to continue Highlanders' and other contributors' work as well as implementing new features. The time you spent following the previous mod was not certainly wasted. Our goals are pretty much the same and we ensure you following us is well worth it.
Green = Already in game and working ; Orange = Work in progress ; Red = Planned feature
- New Factions: Separatists and Republic.
- Custom classes for each faction :Clone Troopers, Jedis, Droids, Siths and many more
- Different forces you can choose from
- Different types of lightsabers with their own fighting style
- New weapons for droids and clones ( blasters, rocket launchers, shotguns,grenades, etc...)
- New sounds
- New game modes: Hero and Battle Random
- New musics: some fine Sci-Fi pieces are going to be included in the mod.
- New Armors
- Custom troops: We are working hard to fix all bugs and finish up all the current troops before releasing the mod.
- Custom colourable uniforms - new system for clans and groups or players.
- Autofiring mode for guns
- Custom maps: Our mappers are currently working on them to get you completely immersed in Star Wars' universe.
- New races: wookies
- New classes for the current factions
The first release will only include the above Green and Orange features. We are currently working to fix all the bugs and completely port the mod over to 1.154 Warband version before adding more features.

Q: How can I help?
A1. I have no real modding skill, but I'd like to help. Just spread the word about this mod: wear one of our signatures, be active on our forum page, talk to your friends about this mod, link our mod to your buddies. Suggestions regarding future features are more than welcome!
A2: I can map . We are not currently in need of mappers, but once the mod is released you would be free to submit your maps.T
A3 : I can code/texture/model: Then you'd be very welcome in our team. If you feel like helping us releasing this mod, just PM me pointing out what your modding skills are and if you are capable or working in team
Q: Is this mod released? When are you going to release it?
A: No, this mod is not released yet. We are working to fix all errors and there'll be a beta testing session soon. There's no release date.
Q: Can i be a beta tester?
A: The first beta testing session will be limited to the members of my clan,Brigata Italiana, and the other developers. Future beta testing sessions could include active forum supporters and followers, people who have contributed with maps or models or have helped the mod somehow.
Q: Is there the double - lightsaber of Darth Maul?
A: No, not yet. That's not our main objective at the moment.
Q: Will there be Speeders?
A: Who knows, maybe in the future releases
Q: I'd like to play with my NW regiment this mod when it'll be released. Will i be able to do that in your mod?
A: Yes, of course. Servers will be able to handle 200 players just like NW. Our mod , being based on Warband engine, will be not as "heavy" as Napoleonic Wars is as far as regards minimum hardware requirements.
