NW:Lag on lowest settings

Hello!
I have a huge problem with my game. It lags and stutters every time join a server. It is somehow playable but it is still very annoying and ruins gameplay.I have even set settings to Dx7 and on lowest settings. But lagging still continues. I have never noticed this kind of lag in Native.
Here are my specs: 8600 GT 1GB
2GB RAM
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53Ghz

It's not high end computer but I believe I could easily run it atleast on medium. I checked system requirements on canyourunit and it suits recommended requirements.
I also ran DirectX diagnosis and here's the txt file if it'll help

Remi, "CanYouRunIt" is a very bad site to be using. I don't use sites, but rather compare the specs.
I have a much better PC than that, and I generally run it with lowest shaders.
Do you use Gamebooster, or Advanced System Care? They can help.
Sorry, but from what I can see of your specs, they'll not be able to run at medium.

He's most probably lagging due to lack of RAM.

Launch Warband, join a server, minimize the game, press CTRL+ALT+DEL to launch the task manager, go to the "Performance" Tab and check the Memory bar to the left.

I checked the memory usage and ingame it's 1,69GB. It looks like it's finaly time to get some more RAM and even a new GPU.
