Caba`drin has posted the list of fixed personalities on several occasions.  It's in here somewhere.

Do you know where?

Companions noble personality's (by SPD_Phoenix) and (Peter Ebbesen)

- Rolf: cunning.
- Baheshtur: cunning.
- Firentis: upstanding.
- Matheld: martial.
- Alayen: martial.
- Lezalit: selfrighteous.

Martial: My sword is at the disposal of my rightful liege, so long as he upholds his duty to me.

Quarrelsome: Bah. They're all a bunch of bastards. I try to make sure that the ones who wrong me learn to regret it.

Pitiless: Men will always try to cheat others of their rightful due. In this faithless world, each must remain vigilant of his own rights.

Cunning: Well, it's a harsh world, and it is our lot to face harsh choices. Sometimes one must serve a tyrant to keep the peace, but sometimes a bit of rebellion keeps the kings honest. Circumstance is all.

Sadistic: My philosophy is simple: it is better to be the wolf than the lamb.

Goodnatured: Well, you should keep faith with your promises, and not do injustice to others. Sometimes it's hard to balance those. Stick with people you trust, I think, and it's hard to go far wrong.

Upstanding: Kingship and lordship have been instituted to keep the peace and prevent the war of all against all, yet that must not blind us to the possibility of injustice.

Roguish: Hmm.. I guess I'm thinking that it's good to be a lord.

Benefactor: A good ruler makes sure all are treated justly. Personally, I intend to use my authority to better the lot of those who live in my demesne.

Custodian: A good ruler creates the proper conditions for people to prosper. Personally, I intend to use my wealth to create more wealth, for myself and for the common benefit.

I think they were after a list of the specific lords that were set with each of those personalities from game to game.

JosieJ:
Best lords?  Let's see:

Vaegir: Boyar Naldera: I think he's a permanent Good-natured lord.  He'll generally be loyal to his liege, but not past the point of all reason (like Grainwad).  So he can be lured away from Yaroglek, but he won't dump you at the drop of a hat.  Boyar Meriga is always quarrelsome and I hate his guts, but that only makes me personally want to screw him out of Rivacheg, so you could call him an inspiration, I guess!

Khergit: Tonju Noyan: I think he's a permanent Martial lord.  He's a good supporter to have if you're playing as a Khergit.  Kramuk Noyan is generally good, too, as is Alagur Noyan (I think they're both good-natured).  Belir Noyan is a quarrelsome bastard, but damn, he's a badass marshal!!  Every time I've seen the Khergits winning (whether I'm playing for them or not), he's always been the marshal, and whenever their progress has ground to a halt, it's because he's not the marshal, for whatever reason.  He owns Narra, which is usually one of the richest towns on the map, so it's worth getting on his good side and putting an enterprise there ASAP.

Sarranids: There's always a quarrelsome bastard in each faction, and in this one it's Emir Atis.  Unlike Boyar Meriga and Belir Noyan, though, his town is a worthless, squalid, dusty, flea-infested backwater with little economic or strategic value, so he can safely be ignored until it's time to grind him into the desert sand.  Ghanawa, Hamezan and Uqais are some of the more upright lords of that faction (either martial or good-natured, I think).

Rhodoks:  I'm not as familiar with the Rhodok lords' personalities.  The one time I played for that faction, Count Reland was like my chief supporter, and since he was the marshal and in good with the king, that meant I was, too.  In this faction, I don't think any of the town holders are quarrelsome by nature, unlike with the Vaegirs, Sarranids & Khergits.

Swadia: If you're playing for the Swadians, Count Grainwad is the guy to suck up to.  He's the king's best friend, so if you're in good with him, you're in good with Harlaus.  If you're playing against the Swadians, on paper he looks like the perfect vassal to try to woo away, but he's welded to Harlaus, so don't even bother.  Haringoth's the quarrelsome bastard in this faction, but he doesn't own a town; plus, his castle's usually taken by the Rhodoks fairly early on, so I guess he has reason to be grumpy!

--- Quote from: annallia on July 23, 2012, 02:03:04 PM ---I picked Jarl Aeric cause he holds Thir, one of my favorite towns.

--- End quote ---

Nords: I'm least familiar with the Nord lords, since I've only played as a Nord vassal once (and not for that long).  But I seem to remember that Aeric is one of the younger lords, not a town holder.  Are you sure you don't mean Aedin?

9906anke:
Well you explained that pretty good so i shall say mine now:

Vaegir: I don't really play them much because i don't like the king but let me think.... Yeah Boyar Naldera will be my selection.

Khergit: As before i really like Kramuk Noyan and his family. They hold the right to the liege and we always become very good friends.

Sarranids: Hm.... I guess Emir Hamezan? Yeah...

Rhodoks: Because i play with the Rhodoks almost all the time this is easy to deside. Count Tellrog is personally my favorite because of his uniqe armor and also for his good personality. I just love his family and we always become friends. Otherwise i like all of them exept for 3 of them which is Count Rimusk, Count Gerlaunch and the worst! Count Larquen! You just can't make friends with him! It's impossible...

Swadia: Count Clais and Count Grainwad. I like them both very much.

Nords: Hm... I remember there was someone i liked... Was it.... Jarl Gerald? Something with "g"

Player faction: Matheld because of her good fighting abilities and her reason of staying with the liege. I just like her very much
