Steam - do you still get Napoleonic War?

So, will I get it or not?

How hard is it to get accepted in this community (as a beginner) and get to play in the private events (even if you suck)?

Am I wrong that this game is SO much more than just the mechanics, that's it's about epicness and BIG battles...

You dont even need to try. Some regiments would even drag homeless people off the street and buy them food, shelter, WB+NW and a computer with internet just to get another ranker for the line.

Fire it up, and select "Napoleonic wars" as module.

You can start learning the basics of the game on servers like NW_Official_EU_1, 84e_Siege or a good team deathmatch like 1te_Slaughterhouse (I'm assuming you're European) and also make sure you do the Tutorial.
 
There isn't a proper Singleplayer in the game, however, you can play 'Commander Battles' against other players with large amounts of bots using the F1, F2, F3 etc keys to give commands. Just find a server with gamemode 'Commander Battle'.

Well, nah it´s not hard at all. You should think about joining/creating a regiment.
Here is the Regimental List
If you try to be a nice chap you won´t have any problems.
Events and LineBattles are mostly only for regiments.

But there are also Public LineBattles which can be found here

If you need any help or advice just ask me ;D
(If you are the "leader-type" create your own regiment)

Most regiments made from scratch are bound to fail, I had the best thread and playerbase but still failed. It's a good idea to find a promising regiment that needs a few officers and chillax there and prove yourself worthey.

1. This might be a REALLY stupid question, but how do see which people are in your team?
It seems people in the same regiment can have different colors...?!

2. What does the "Battle size" in options do?

1.They have banners above their heads, they are picked from the character selection screen.

2.Battle size is a commander battle option I believe. Something about changing the amount of bots per team.

I started with 2 people. *Two Weeks Later* `11 Members!~ 5 left before they even knew whats good!

I never meuasered attendance like that. I averaged I out by the actual amount of people at the events. I could Have bragged about 30 people or do but half were inactive. It's all about finding a solid player base of people who show up everyday.
