Troops Training and Prisioners

hello to all  again , here comes another dude ... Ahmm i just conquer a castle and i give a job to a guy that can recruit and train troops , i try the recruiting , but the training ? i have to leave the troops i want to train in the castle or i have to hold it ??


And prisioners , sometimes i can carry 5 , another times 10 , later 5 again , why is happenin this ?

for training: you have to leave the troops in the castle

prisoners: your number of prisoners depends on your number of soldiers that are in you party

I've got a question about army sizes but it seems silly to start its own thread.

I've got my own kingdom with several lords, but none of them have really large armies (300+). All my lords have high leadership skills though - do I just have to wait or does the size of their armies depend on the size of their lands? Is there any way to encourage them to get more men without having to ride around giving them troops?

u have to upgrade also the "carisma" skill ... i dont the exactly name un english .... ahmmm
u have 4 skill , or principle skills.

Strenth
Speed or agility
Inteligence
And " Carisma " ( in spanish .. i dont know the word in english .... ) and u have to upgrade this ,


Also takes in to account  ur companions skills in leadership and "CARISMA"
