Regarding factions, what would you prefer?

The peloponnesian league (sparta and allies), The delian league (athens and allies), thracians, scythians and illyrians. Tons of greek factions would make people a bit lost.
All greek factions, divided by their regional settlements, (eg. achaeans, boeotians, phocians etc) along with the other foreign ones. (more than 20 factions total)
The main ones, the foreign ones and just some of the mainland ones, so as to not get very confusing.

Trully a masterpiece, can't wait for the full release.
One problem with formations though. When I order hoplites to form ranks and stand somewhere, they stand about 10 meters to the right of the spot I told them to stand. Probably a problem with the formations script, but something I think should be fixed.
Oh, and no errors on my side whatsoever, and I have a three year old machine (with an newer graphics card).

yeah, I'm getting the same thing in Age of Machinery, probably some original error of the script.

For some reason every time I do something it has a huge delay....Ex: Clicking on Party screen. 2-3 second delay. >_> Encounter bandits 5-6 second delay still the thing shows up. In native and other mods it comes up immediately. Also I know my system can handle it because it can run Left 4 Dead on Maximum.

so do I.
I guess that is because of huge amount of new scripts(comparing with native).

Or it could be the game's engine can't handle it....

This is a huge amount of fun so far. I'm amazed that it actually runs much more smoothly than Native or other mods. The shield bashing is going to take some getting used to, I took 6 or 7 knockdowns in a row from a group of hoplites, which let them easily dispose of my little party. I also noticed that a finished battle between some farmers and bandits remained on the map, saying 'Battle' and with 0 troops each side.
One of the hoplite swords costs 100 more than the same one with a different hilt colour.
I chose the hoplite option in the character creation, but only had 15 weapon points in polearms. It was still a decent speed when I tried using a spear, though, so I couldn't tell if that was intentional or part of the improvements to spears.

Yes I noticed that shield bash knocks friendly units down with no dmg.And the friendlies shield bash the player ferociously as well. And that thing about the map, when I won the battles, the battle continued on the map with 300 soldiers on our side and 0 on the enemys side.
Instead of looking on discussion as a stumbling block in the way of action, we think it an indispensable preliminary to any wise action at all.

You should add where the unit's shield and armor hero and troops have the logo of your army...if its already in, its not working for me for some reason.

I'm noticing the 0 battles thing too.  When I go to join the battle, I get a huge amount of script error output.  It then tells me the battle is finished.
