The Deluge - Warsaw isn't conquered by the swedes!!!!

I have a really big problem. I started the Deluge and the Swedes captured Warsaw (as I know it should) but after i had recieved from Jan Kasimir the mission in wich i have to capture a swedish soldier, he and his lords start to battle at warsaw and i with 30 men help them and we win. From then till the mission "Warsaw", the capital is under polish rule and i can't complete the mission.

PLEASE!!! Some ideeas!! :cry: :(
