You list the participating players of your team (no ID needed), who have joined one of the ENL_Germany servers beforehand (wearing your team's tag); just copy/pasting (parts of) the ENL-roster doesn't seem (for some reasons) to be sufficient.

All matches will be eligible for livestreaming. This is not up to the teams involved and teams should not expect to be asked or given any prior notice. If a team specifically does not want a match streamed, they should contact an event admin about it but there is no guarantee this will change things.

So if we're facing a clan and they want some of their clan-mates or friends to do a livestream there's nothing we'd be able to do about it?

There's always a delay. Also in the previous ENL all streams also had 3 or 5 minutes delays. I'm sure it will all be fine and no ghosting will make you lose matches.
