WTF? -55 acres? I owned 20 and now it's -55, where I'm paying?
Is this supposed to be re-balancing?
Everything you see there that has acres, all used to be 20 owned.
What's going on? Do I have to pay until I get the land back?
Or is it going to charge me until I buy all new land to counteract the negative?
This is rare, shield wall work fine in old savegames, I tried with yours too. Maybe you lost something?
Acres work well yet? If reply is no, could you try and say me if it fix conflict with your savegame

Earlier i joined a battle between a lord and a Frank raiding troop.
During the battle i found myself isolated from the main melee, and fighting a lonely AI that was very quick with slashing with his sword around, even making faints, so i assume it was a rather high end kind of Frank trooper (as i'm new to Brytenwalda, the ancient names used for the troops are too foreign to me for now to remember) as he was much quicker to strike than the other soldiers around (and much faster than my character that was only level 4 at that point).
The problem i observed is that for all the fast slashing around he was doing, he was simply unable to hit me. I don't know what is the specific sword he was using, but my guess is that the reach value for this sword is way too small for the AI code to use it with any efficiency.
I have had more battle since then but has not yet encountered the "AI is unable to reach" situation again
I imagine that you are talking of duel mode. I need know sword name for fix, or a screenshot.

I have a Rescue or Ransome a Prisoner quest right now and I can't choose to pay a ransom, is this a bug? Does anyone else have this problem? I broke him out only to find my relations with several kingdom's dropped
so I exited and reloaded to right before I broke him out cause I dont want to lose relations with other nations for busting this guy I dont know out of jail. The lord I need to rescue or ransome is Eealdorman Beorhtferth and he is being help at Caer Maunguid. Im wondering if the option to pay a ransome was just removed since I dont remember ever having that option before too in 1.394 
This is native quest, no changes here.
I also just notice that in Oxenaforda my financial report I own 29 acres, actual acres is 18 and when I visit the town I see I actually own only 15 acres of land. Definite bug since this is on my new game I just started for this new version.
Acres change with prosperity and population. Maybe town got pillage, or lost caravans or something.
Don't know if it these things happend to someone else. I installed 1.395 twice yet and it still shows 1.394 as version number. This is probably not an issue of my old 1.394 save game...

Another thing that happend was, that the last enemy was running like hell on the battlefield... I mean with matrix speed. Zoomed around at least five times faster than a spirited north horse... couldn't make a screen shot sadly...
When I go in the companion overview some companions show up, i have never met yet.
And somehow the staminasystem has switched off, even though it is not switched off in the camp options menu...
if you need further information i will try to supply them, but will be offline for two days or so... 
Redownload and Reinstall plz. First 1.394 and then apply 1.395 patch.

In freelancer mode, the formations of the guys you are fighting for are annoying.
Why?

They are all the time rotating and don't face the main front of the enemy line, so there is always a big massacre even though the enemy is outnumbered.
If i have comrades and then become a freelancer they disappear from my party menu and won't get affected by the experience points i get through fighting. As soon as i cancel the freelance mode the are back again.
If i freelance and then get comrades they are in my party and are affected by the experience points i get.

The troops levels are compared to the experience i need to become the same troop level not right.
For example:
I join in freelance mode lets say at level 1
then i get promoted but i might be still level 3 or 5 but if you have a look on the troop trees the troop level have different levels much higher.
So i think the recommended experience points should be matched with what i need to get promoted.
I want to be at level 30 at the hightest troop level not at level 15 or 18 that just is not right.

The small shield is in a weird position of the arm.

Sometimes, if i die "group distant diff 5634" and stuff like that appears.
Sometimes troop level progress in the freelancer mode is not possible, and i am sure there is still levels to come, because i just entered and couldn't advance.
So far i haven't noticed any other "bugs".
I would be pleased if there would be information in the character creation menu, which way gives what bonus.

3 Character level no work like AI level exactly. You get promotion by xp, skills... you can look freelancer forum for more information.

Let me start with the fact that I love this mod, and that I was very excited for 1.395 to come out. But now that's it's is out I have noticed only new problems that are very annoying and no improvements. Training doesn't work some thing that was promised to be changed and now I can't even right click on the map. May be I just haven't seen what this update has fixed, as for now, I see it's as a huge downgrade. Is there a way for me to return to 1.394?
Training is more fast now, but it take time. You need a month (or two) for upgrade low troop level, and more time for others.
In previus versions it taked more than 4 or 5 months.
Right click - It isnt problem of 1.395, it is conflict with old savegames. you can help here for try fix it:

Now, on to the "bug", which isn't really a bug, more like an unintended consequence that I just noticed in 1.395, but that might've very well been around in earlier versions too:

If you're relatively rich yet get held up by bandits, paying them to leave you alone will cost you more than hiring them. That by itself wouldn't be a big issue, as hiring them has its own (negative) consequences, however, the option to hire them is present when the player's party is already at or over capacity, and if selected, after paying the required amount, the bandit party magically vanishes into thin air without any further consequences.

Oh, and the two identical sets of ring mail, one as heavy, one as medium armour, are still floating around...
1. If they take money and dont add to player party, it is correct. Or maybe I undertand bad?
