How do I keep my lords happy?

You can just give low renown lords troops yourself, imo you should for the most part not consider renown at all or only when you have a 'tie' (like 2 good-natured lords with 200 and 400 renown)
It's nice to have martial lords with 1000 renown though and to see them build 200+ armies
