Python still wont build my mod!

I followed all instructions, and I do not want to sound like an idiot,but I am getting frustrated!
I did the Environment thingy ma jig, and still wont work.


My python version is:



2.6.8


I have Win7

Did you write correctly the route to the Modules folder?
