as of now, anyone looking to join a regiment please go to this page http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/imperialcraft-851002/ and leave your minecraft names and what nation you are interested in joining in the comment section on that page. This will tell us how many regiments we need to form for each country, and if you have a particular one in mind that you would like to request, please leave them in the comments as well. although the regiment you request must be a historical regiment that fought in one of the listed nations above and fought in the First World War.

I don't see how Italy and the Ottoman Empire take priority over Russia and Austria-Hungary.

We changed italy to Austria but we think the ottomans will add diversity

this saturday everyone interested in joining the server community will atend a meeting with the server admins and owners going over rules and other things about how the server is run, but make sure to enlist on minecraft planet first :)
