Yeah, I really enjoy it.  According to Steam I have 322 hours into M&B.   Within a couple of days of plain, and I liked plain, I just was reading forums on the game and the Floris mod was highly recommended.   As was the Diplomacy mod (which is in Floris).    So I installed figuring if it sucked, I could get rid of it.

Since Floris was a win, I never did the Diplomacy only install.   And I never went back to plain.

I've already long forgotten what vanilla Warband was like.

It is my favorite "overhaul" mod as well. For me, it was a no brainer since there isn't a vast mod output in M&B(I could be wrong)as in other games like the Elder Scrolls franchise or the GTA series. I've mentioned Floris mod at the Elder Scrolls forums and I always point out how underrated M&B Warband is. I've gone as far as saying that even though Skyrim is better in looks, Warband with mods is light years ahead of Skyrim in terms of gameplay. Noboby contradicted me. I guess they haven't heard of M&B to make a sound judgement I suppose:)

well, i wouldnt go as far to say that Warband anything is light years ahead of Skyrim- but i will say that i was anticipating this mod more than i was anticipating Skyrim. I love Skyrim, but i stopped playing to wait for mods so that i can have the perfect experience. In the mean time ive been happily playing Floris. It really makes my wait so much easier.

One thing i love about this game is that (along with this mod) the world seems alive and it goes on with or without your involvement. Something i wish more AAA titles would try to do.

I wonder what M&B would like like as an AAA game?

Hm, Warband is one of best games I've ever played. And Floris fires it to top. Thank you for the mod!

Yeah, I'd call it a "Mod that shouldn't be". I couldn't believe in the so many ways it improves and expands the game. Many of them feel natural and many times I'd think  "they should have put it there (vanilla game) in the first place".

My only suggestion so far is to enable the rents from the acres to be collected upon entering the town or together with your weekly incomes.

True, you get your money from your fiefs wherever you are.

If it was AAA, it would have a billion more promises, and half the content, as any AAA games...

I was thinking the EXACT same thing. And there would also be tons of useless DLC just to piss you off even more.
