Brazilian dedicated server provider

Hello everybody.

I'm french and i'm sorry to speak to you like this but i don't speak portugese
I really need your help. I have actually an european server located near Paris and i'm searching a brazilian provider to have my own brazilian dedicated server. I've heard that brazilian servers have not good perf and it can be a better idea to have a server on Miami and let brazilians play on it. Can you tell how you have your Native server?

I need :
-a dedicated server with window server and possible to access by mstsc.exe
-at least Intel core 2 duo 2.4GHz, AMD Athlon 64 X2 and 4GB RAM and a good bandwitch (more than 100mbps)
-to install what i want like Warband dedicated server for example
