How to be the leader of Dark Knight?

From what I can tell there's no way to become king of any existing faction without creating your own. Although it's hypothetically possible to get all the Dark Knight lords to join your faction, with the exception of Lady Larktin.

I posted a tutorial on how to do this called "my method for recruiting dark knight troops without losing party morale". It's a little long-winded but if you follow the steps carefully you can definitely lead dark knight troops.
