Resource's For Map Making.

So I'm wanting to start learning how to make maps etc. for Napoleonic War, could anyone link me to the resource/program that other map maker's use?

If I got your question right, the thing you are looking for are built in.

When you start the game and get to the module menu, go to options and Enable Start Windowed and Enable edit mode.
Then you go to Multiplayer -> Host Game and Press ctrl+e

To start a new map, open up Native, go into the map and click terrain. Once in there adjust to your liking and press copy. Go into Napoleonic wars module folder,copy that and open it, -scenes, find a map that you want to replace and copy the code to that. Go into the sceneobjt folder and delete that same map. Now, when you launch Napoleonic wars copy you will go into a fresh map when find the one you replaced.

Also, Napoleonic Wars has a Scene Editing game mode, in which you have 20 empty scenes for you to build on, so make sure you dont start working on top of any existing maps.
