Just bought that mount and blade package deal today, after watching some videos is had to get it! But I am having a wierd problem. I have been a gamer for awhile and have never encountered this.
My computer can run bf3 with the highest settings on the biggest maps they have at a steady 80 fps. But not this 0.o
Its like everything jutters around, almost like the fps is really low but its not. Sometimes the game runs normal for like 20 seconds and then it goes right back to doing this. Has anyone encountered this?

Which game is it? Warband, or normal M&B?

Mount and blade warband and with fire and sword. They both do the same thing. Game is EPIC though when it does work for briefly. I had it going smooth for a whole minute and got 3 kills! :D

Do you use vsync? If so, try changing your "Maximum FPS" in the launcher configuration to match your monitor's refresh rate. In my case it was 60, and this fixed the stuttering problem for me.

If you don't use vsync, you could always try this fix anyway and see if it works for you.

There's a bunch of graphics and system settings you can try to turn on and off, some accessible in launcher, some from in-game options menu, and some in both. Focus on the more important settings (if you're somewhat familiar with PC gaming, you should be able to guess what has most impact on frame rate with some degree of accuracy.)

For example, I've had to turn off dynamic texture loading myself, but that's just one setting of many that might cause problems.
