Tournament Issues

I seem to be having some serious issues going on with the new tournament format. I am sure this must have been said before, however I cannot find the fix searching this forum.

When my companions and I join a tournament, they seem to grow a twin, who also joins the tournament. For example, I currently have to fight and defeat 2 Marnids and 2 Katrins. It also seems to destroy the scoring system, since they seem to score double the points, or something really odd like that. For example, during a 3v3 battle, it was myself and the Katrin twins vs three opponents. I single handedly defeated all 3 foes, yet when the scoring came around, all 3 of us got 6 points total, the Katrins added up to 12 on the final tally under tournament standings.

So basically: I am getting evil twins and the scoring is jacked because of this.


Secondly, there also seems to be some sort of weapon change bug. A few tournament foes spend their whole time sheathing and unsheathing their weapons over and over rather than actually fighting. This obviously makes them rather easy targets.... Is it something to do with my weapon selection choices?


I think the tournament enhancement is pretty cool, just wish it was working.

Which version of Floris are you using?  2.5 / 2.52?
Which version of warband are you using?  1.143 / 1.150 ?
Can I have a copy of your save game?

Something very odd has to be going on in your game for this to be occurring.

Oh, my bad.

I have version 1.143 and I was using 2.51 and I am currently upgrading to 2.52

How exactly would one upload a save game....  (I mean, which file sharing site, and I forgot which folder the save games are actually located. Windows Vista)

Well, just installed a fresh new version of 2.52 and the issues are continuing. (However I can now turn off that accursed shield bash finally, ugh).

I think the whole unsheathing/re-sheathing of the weapon is linked to assigning the team member two-handed weapons. For some reason that is all they do with that weapon. Bizarre.

MediaFire.com is a nice free one, but any would be fine.
Saves are located in ...Documents\Mount&Blade Warband Savegames\Floris <version here>\
the files are named sgXX.sav with XX going from 00 to 08 starting in the upper left corner of the load/save screen.

(There is a version 1.150??)

Released via Steam yesterday. Taleworlds download links not yet updated, but the installer and patch files are available on Taleworlds.com; breaks some things with Floris...some things with sound in Native. Expecting 1.151 to be necessary shortly. Module system not yet released for modders.

I think this is my current savegame. I ought to be in Praven working as a Freelancer under King (the lazy ass) Harlus. You might not be able to see the sheathing/unsheathing anymore as I changed everyone off of two-handed weapons. Change them back if you want to see that exciting combat action.

If it helps, I am also noticing that my archery skill is going up at an extremely fast rate now that I have left Harlus and now fighting on my own. I am talking +5 skill per shot sometimes. I remember this had been an issue previously so... again, good luck.
