The Battles of San Diego

Description: The Battles of San Diego is an event for Vikingr, Hunt, Invasion, and potentially other mods that is open to all of the warband community. It will take place in the Balion War Room (other servers TBD) and Balion Vent Server (other communications servers TBD). It will simply be multiple hours of warband mod greatness and fun.

Date: Friday, April 20 (tentative)
Time: 8 EST (tentative)
Who: EVERYONE AND ANYONE _{except mad dawg}
Balion vent is currently where the party will be at:

ventrilo9.va.powervs.com: 5043

The vent will have channels for different mods and different teams, if there are too many people I can probably acquire another vent.



Currently I have this setup as just a pub for all players that would like to participate, but if enough clans are interested we can indeed do a few semi-competitive maps of Vikingr. If a few extra servers are donated to this cause I would like to have multiple mods running simultaneously, that way if we have too many people we can have some wait and play some Invasion whilst there are some Vikingr battles going on.


I would like to have as many people as possible so we can put these mods to their full potential. If there are mods you would like to play feel free to request them in this forum or in a pm to myself. Any questions may also be posted in here or in a pm to me. The date can very easily be changed as I pretty much just picked one that works for me, though this will probably have to be on a Friday (maybe Saturday). I realize this post doesn't contain much detail, so post if there is something I missed.

P.S. This is a NA hosted event but players from other areas are welcome.
