This has to be one of the most if not THE most realistic mod out there so I'm thinking it's high time we add CT to those giant axes and bardiches. They're all but useless in a fight because of their slowness and when you actually do manage to get a hit it does next to no damage at all, so why not give them CT? They are enormours and I doubt you could simply block a high attack from an axe of that size with a rapier or a sabre no matter the quality. I don't think this'd wreck up the balance as you'd still be able to intercept the blows due to your sheer speed but it would add some tactical use to those weapons and it would make using them a lot more interesting. Of course it'd be great if other axemen or bardiche-wielding players were able to resist the CT with their weapons due to the more solid block it'd give.

Let me hear your thoughts :)

CT = crush through blocks, right? Makes sense, especially for the bardiches and engineer axes as those things are slow. Imo, they could do with a buff. I like to think my rapier-fencing is only a little bit below average but bardiches are useless to me.

And Halberds could do with a bit more damage, imo, it's odd if you can smack someone in the head, overhead, through their woolly cap and the seem unfazed by it.

true, they're not supposed to be used as weapons, but when in a pickle, one might think 'this big ass axe should kill'em stonedead' and then you lumber that thing towards your enemy only to have it wiff off their snazzy grey shirt and they slice your thrice with their rapier before realizing a rapier is for stabbing and running you through.
And more - the ability to turn poleax into a stick. By cutting off а axe. :)
Dunno, that seems tricky to me. Those things were attached well to a pretty thick stick. They wouldn't snap easily.

Then you knock the staff aside. As you said, it's a staff. Not butter. It's strong, hardened, wood made especially to make a long axe. I'm not saying it's entirely impossible to break, but it'd take more effort and time than a soldier would want to put into it when the belly of his opponent is much softer. :P

Bots will spam thee to death if you use bardiche against their usually faster weapons or chamber you just to be mean and prove that daggers vs bardiche, dagger wins... historically speaking of course.
