Right click WB, and click Show CD-Key.
If a NW key shows up, congratulations, you are on of the lucky guys who got one! If not, Steam ran out of keys, and they are working on fix it.

hey, how do i activate it? i downloaded it and have an activation key, but i cant figure out where to input it and i cant play multiplayer until i do :/

It will ask for the key when you try to go into a server.
Nice job on the DLC Vince and to the whole team. Forget the idiot's bitching about paying for it, it was worth every penny.
