6x4 Serial Key Problems (primarily from German re-sellers)

Greetings all,

Just got word from the Developer Ragnor that indeed the serial key problems some have been experiencing where they have received 6x4 keys in the format of aaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeee-ffff (which do not activate Warband) from retail purchases through Germain re-sellers such as Saturn or Amazon.de are due to a mix-up at the publisher, Paradox Interactive.

Please contact our distribution partner Koch Media and they'll arrange for you to get a working key: hotline@kochmedia.com

I guess they are 'only' the german distributer and probably they mixed the keys up?

I just bought warband on steam and i got a 6x4 key aswell. everytime i go to join a multiplayer game and type in my serial key it says "invalid serial key" someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@!@!@#111!#!$&!&!&**** ive tried everything!!!!!!!!!
