May I suggest hosting the battles on 1 day like a Saturday.

1) Gives alot of time for regiment leaders to tell their men
2) Maximum attendance for all regiments
3) 1 set day that doesn't change meaning everyone knows which day its hosted on

Naw, i like it as it is, gives it a sense of persistance, and even some more tactical thinking on the shoulders of the commanders...
