and BTW, we are trying to get a 24/7 server here in Brazil, we already have the host, just trying to get the staff to pay it :D
maybe we'll be able to donate it for the nations cup, then there will be no problem in a NA vs SA match, we could do a home vs away system.

Sorry for my poor English, I'm Brazilian.

Yes, New York figures has the only real alternative for SA vs EU.
For EU vs NA we are looking for alternatives that can replace in the future the 4-4-4-4 system.
Will probably have to move west/south for UK vs BRA. Can't see NY being a fair location there.
Just because you get 30 ping there;P I get 120 on beast coast.

Boring ping patterns ;). More interesting, my pings to Azores and Madeira are 20-25 ms higher than just one hour ago. So I think it would depend on time of day as well. I will remeasure again tonight.

Measured with 10 samples per IP.

Thanks for your input.
Some NA contribution would be excellent.

Nominal 110 on IG.

Seems the geographical location makes it possible, but perhaps the connections are not up to the task yet?

Ping 160 on Lust's iceland location from his first post.

Those Na results are to some extent promising. I'm trying to reach that friend in Azores, he can provide a better connection and machine so I'm expecting to see this pings go down by at least 20.

Regarding the Azores server, It will be up Saturday or Monday. My friend will assemble the PC this weekend, so we gonna count with a i5 2500K with 8GB ram, more then enough for Warband.
The worst side will be the internet connection, only 10 MB cable, so it can really screw this up. We gonna play safe and start with a 10 slots server.

It's still definitely worth trying but to be honest, it's looking like the infrastructure's just not in place right now.
