I lol'd pretty hard at this. People underestimate USA yet we got 3rd place 1st NC, 3rd/4th place 4th NC, and this year we have the strongest team we ever had in NC.
I think almost everyone put you second. No idea why Irishman put you guys last but personally I think it's the most predictable group (Hungary or Canada being the only real question mark).
Never know though...
Stranger things have happened but I really can't see France dropping a round to USA on a European server. Last time when they played, USA really weren't competitive at all when they had to play with the higher pings. Unless that's changed, I don't expect the result will.
Some free advice for Team USA is to find a solid team of 8 that all have pings of less than 100 (or not far higher) on ENL_France_1/Nations_Cup_UK and grind out some games against different EU clans. I actually suggested to Rhade that Team USA submit an ENL team. Don't know if anything will come of it.
