1: What is your primary in-game name? List that, and if you have two more in-game names please include the next two most common ones.
MJFire
2: What is your nationality?
Swedish
3: How many languages do you know? Please list them.
Swedish, English, some Finnish and Dannish and learning German in school.
4: When did you first start playing PWMOD? Do you consider yourself well acquainted with its mechanics? Would you be able to provide a new player an adequate amount of information on the mod and its features? Would you be willing to? How much time would you dedicate per player to doing so?
I've been playing PWMOD since December 2010 so yes, I would consider myself quite acquainted with the MOD. Yes, I'm already trying to help the new players in order to try and make their first play as fun as possible. And I would evaluate each player as an individual, as they all require a different amount of time.
5: Do you have any experience administrating? If so, please list the game(s).
I was a administrator for a about a year on Garry's Mod, in a serious roleplay gamemode called HL2rp. And on some minor servers also, but they are irrelevant.
6: How much time do you spend playing PW mod? How much time do you spend playing video games on the device you use to play Mount & Blade: Warband? Do you have a Steam account? If yes, please list it.
I would say on regular bases, around 4-6 hours. And more in the weekends. My current playtime in total for Mount and Blade Warband is at 350 hours, and I would say around half of that game time is just from playing in PW. And yes, I have a Steam account, it’s MJFire.
7: Why do you want to be an administrator? Do you believe you will be able to spend more time administrating than playing PW? Will you dedicate most of your time to administrating? Or will you play PW logged in as an admin and respond to complaints when need be? If you intend to have a different style, please describe it.
I want to be a administrator in order to strive to make the server a better place for all players to have fun and have a good time, without having to be mad at for example randomers. I believe that if I where to become a administrator my main goal when I'm on the server would be to administrate. But if it's clam and nothing big happening, then I would of course join in and play some, but if someone asks for a administrator in the admin chat then I would respond to it immediately.
8: Which do you consider more important: The enforcement of server rules or the satisfaction of the playerbase?
I believe that in order to receive a good satisfaction of the playerbase, the enforcement of the server rules need to be applied. So it's quite a equilibrium.
9: Have you hosted an event before? Do you believe you could host great events that aren't too time consuming? Are you interested in hosting events?
I have hosted events on Garry's Mod before, so I suppose I would call myself experienced in that matter. Yes I believe I could host events which would receive some good response from the players, while it's still not that complex in the matter of time. So yes, I would be interested in hosting events.
10: Do you believe administrating is difficult? Why?
Well, in my opinion administrating aint difficult if you have for example planned a event well. And have a good contact with both the players and the admins. If you follow then administrating shouldn’t be difficult, sure it's time consuming but that's not difficult.
11: How well do you cope under enormous stress, a hectic environment, and a boring and uninteresting one?
Administrating under stress isn’t a new chapter for me, as I've already administrating before I know how quickly things can change from a quite and peaceful environment till a hectic one. And I don’t think it would be a problem administrating under a boring and uninteresting environment, it's just to see the positive side of the situation and be glad about it.
12: Do you believe you a mature person? Why do you think so?
I can't answer this neither by yes or no, but I believe that I'm enough mature for the position as a administrator of the server.
13: Do you know any admins personally? Would they vouch for you?
No, unfortunately I haven’t got any admin contacts.
14: When you think of the average PWMOD player, who do you think they are? A roleplayer? Someone looking for a fight? Someone bored and looking for something interesting to do? Or someone else?
I think that they are in general bored and looking for something to do, which results in many different scenarios depending on the player. For example if you would give a huge axe to a random person, they could either use it as a weapon and run around in the town killing people. Or they could see that it's a chance to make some big money, and use the axe to cut down a tree. So it's all about the current situation and the player personality.
15: Are you active in any group outside of PWmod? Such as: Mount & Musket regiment, Mount & Gladius legion and the likes. If you are; What group is it? Is it time consuming? Will, for example, your Mount & Musket regiment come before the server? If you become a United PW administrator, which one of the following sentances is most likely to be said by you: "I don't get much time for PWmod anymore, my clan/regiment/other is taking so much time." or "I won't get much time for my clan/regiment/other anymore, because of PWmod"
I was active before, but I'm not currently active in any group outside of PW
