addition of a chance that your weapon will fall down while switching weapons on horseback ? or a chance that the horse will go out of control for a few seconds when you switch weapons, realistic, because when im riding horse i cant take my hands off the reins while running and maneuvering because the reins are needed to maneuver the horse! side kick is not enough. sorry for un organized reply but simply :

when you switch weapons on horseback :

while switching +1 seconds after switching weapon you cant turn the horse
a small chance your weapon falls while switching weapon on horseback if moving fast
a small chance the horse will run wild if switching weapon on horsebak while moving fast
new: a small chance the bullet will fall from you while reloading pistol on horseback


as well as :

no more "no adequate skill to ride horse", you can ride any horse, but if you ride a horse that your skill is not enough to ride, it will be sluggish and a bit hard to control!
at the start of every map maybe 1 or 2 horses and maybe even a donkey roaming around! find them and ride them to transport faster!
a chance that horse charge can be "critical" and kill the one who got charged by the horse, maybe sometimes a horse's leg might hit someone's sensitive places!



and an out of content : can i use the badass cossack peasant hats in my mod ?

I think that trained warhorses did not tend to go out of control when you didn't hold their reins for a moment. ;)
Also, I think that (un)luck factor should not be increased. It's already annoying when you misfire, what happens somewhat often. If you were to drop your bullet, loose control or something it'd be very frustrating for players. It'd also make these kinds of combat less pleasurable, what certainly is not the goal, right?

I dont know about trained war horses, but I have some experience. Even trained horses will give a shot and try to knock their rider if they find him not controlling him well or sleepy. and for sure, even the trained horses , with all the bullets flying and men shouting and blood splatts if the horse finds a chance to run ( his owner switching weapon , no control on reins) he'd try to be off for good then.

@NightHawkreal : you can control a horse with feet and voice, but not for direction, just for speeding up and slowing down.

EDIT: forget about the bulletdrop, I just realized its hard to reload on horseback already as it is!

Another idea - make possible to use in combat pistols on the saddle. For example, as saddlebags in the PW. It is desirable that the guns were available after the death of the horse.

I've got a very strong hunch that when devs ask their historical researcher, it will turn out that these helmets were not used any more in mod's time frame. ;p

And I guess it's true. Those are from Thirty Years War, but dunno, maybe Bartus will let me convince him that they will be cool for officers. :D

a large fluvial map? In invasion, with ennemies who comme from both side of the boat. something like a chain who stop a warboat for an act of piratery.

For Battle, may-be a coastal figth, with many small boat both side, and at one side, the boat, at other, a small fort.


May be, larger cannot?

Continuing the theme of "the left hand." They also use it - throw the opponent in the face of the sand (salt, pepper, tobacco). When pressed, the character makes a gesture and a step away from him there is a small cloud of dust. If an enemy falls into a cloud, there is a chance that he is a loud scream and a screen for a few minutes will turn black or red. I think it will make fencing more interesting.

Seconds.  :oops:  :) But for the hardcore, we can left for a minute red spots on the edges of the screen.

Toss can be done with the "recharge" and bind to the presence of one type of glove.
