You may not appreciate the changes, but try not to forget that someone likely spent a considerable amount of their free time making it available for you to use.

The answer to your question is in the F.A.Q. stickies.

If you can't accept criticism, then it's harder than impossible to improve the game. I can't even see where i am or my opponent is swinging.

Constructive criticism is always appreciated and generally well received.  If you think your comment resembles constructive criticism then that is unfortunate.  No one expects everyone to like everything modders make and one can only expect folks will be vocal in wanting things to be changed the way they want them (especially when they can't do so for themselves).  I neither made or implemented the combat animations the mod uses, but that doesn't mean I lack an appreciation for the work that went into making them.  I can only assume the animations are what you are referring to as you were not very specific.

Next time someone prepares a meal for you feel free to give them such criticism and let us know how it works out.  And no, I don't refer to a restaurant as you pay for that service.

Is anyone else having trouble with sneaking into towns? In Floris, the guards seem to spawn like 1m away from me in the "getting caught" scenario, making it nearly impossible. Since I spawn next to a clump of guards, I immediately get smashed with a shower of blows.

How do I find out lords trait/character when he's faction-less , waiting in my castle and wishing to join?

Reports --> Known Lords
Lords who want to join my faction don't appear in the "All sovereignities" list, they don't appear in list of my lords or their old faction. I can't see their trait even after they join me.

I figured I could save the game, reject the lords and then find their traits in lord list. Seems weird though.

Hmm I noticed this as well but I thought it was like this in Native too. Though it doesn't seem to be always. I remember one time where the guards started in a different street and had to turn a corner. Not that it made it easier.

Hmm yeah. I think it should be possible to make changes to the dialogue so that how they talk to you after showing up in your castle is affected by their personality. Nice guys would be all nice, like how they talk now. Neutral guys like martial and cunning might sound different, like it's just a military and political matter and nothing else. Debauched and quarrelsome take it personally, and sadistic guys might just talk about wanting to get back in the action to slaughter more people.

We did not wish to intrusively change a players name do this does not happen for the player.  You can change your name in the character screen though.  If you were unaware of how then to do this just click on your name.

Thank you.

Not really sure if this has been asked before or not, but. I was wondering if I would be able to use the latest version of PBOD which is 0.96 and the game still work? I didn't want to try it just in case it would breaked'd my game.

The newest version of PBOD requires the use of the Warband Script Enhancer which is not currently compatible with version 1.153 of warband.  And we moved Floris 2.53 to work with 1.153 so they're not compatible at the moment.

If you were to add WSE to Floris 2.52 and then replace the PBOD files while using warband 1.143 then you would be able to run with both.

So there is no way to make companions not leave without a reputation hit?

Not by native or the mod's current design.  Disabling complaints only keeps them from complaining, but they'll still want to leave.  In 2.54 this option was expanded to also prevent leaving, but that isn't ready yet.

You can disable their leaving in TweakMB.

Not if you're using Floris 2.53
