There still is some work to be done before the official registration.  Securing this Child Board was a large step forward as now a large amount of management can be done here on the forums as opposed to developing it into the website.  So at this point most pieces are fully in place, just finalizing the procedures and ruleset which according to Ken is "tantalizingly close".

Hopefully that is informative enough to generally answer the question and abstract enough to not tie us to a deadline.   :P
We know this is a big question for alot of people so hopefully we have a hard timeline very soon.
