You'd be surprised. 
The only main retraction would be the drill for arms, since we can't move our muskets around and switch hands with it in-game. And perhaps a few other miscellaneous.

UPDATE:

New Poll for Training/Event Times

I've started a new poll for training and event times. It seems that 5PM EST is a bad time for most people, so we can move this back on Friday, or select some other day. Saturday morning is also a possibility, and another training at this time would allow Europeans to participate easily.

Please let us know what days and times work for you!

Note: This friday's training will still be held at 5PM EST.

I concluded that there was no need to number the corporals, and "recruit" is hardly a rank. Corporals will now just be "Corporal" and recruits need not put "Recruit_" in front of their names now. The new roster is as follows:
