5 on freelancers. Add three and they could put together a team.

Clarified punishment for if someone gets on a horse with the flag. The flag MUST be dropped and the other team automatically gets a point. The tiebreaker is still uncertain, it seems a stupid idea to switch it back. Ideas?

Also, teams sign up! We have two weeks (will probably be extended) and no teams have signed up yet.
