TheSarafanPriest:
Hei guys, could someone tell me from where do you get all those medieval drawings, photos and stuff. Because i'm making a horror comic set in medieval times, still not sure if its gonna be in Russia or Serbia, and would like to have some reference photos/drawings for Serbian/Russian armor in 12-13 century.

Rallix:
We generally get them from their associated Osprey books.
These things teach much about how certain forces were organized, used, trained, and go into great detail about their equipment.
The drawings generally accompany text which describes the figure in them more thoroughly.

I suggest you go onto Osprey Publishing's site and search for Medieval Russian Armies.
Here's one: http://books.google.ca/books/about/Medieval_Russian_Armies_1250_1500.html?id=gUzpC14kDpAC&redir_esc=y
And another: http://books.google.ca/books?id=FyfXPN4nhNQC&source=gbs_similarbooks

TheSarafanPriest:
Wow,i didn't know such things exist on google  Thank you allot,i appreciate it!

NikeBG:
The particular pic you've posted, though, is not from the Ospreys. It's a Russian one, since the Russians are lately making quite a lot of such booklets of their own. Unfortunately, I can't give you a centralised source, besides a general "search in the Russian history/gaming forums" tip. One of their most famous artists is Gorelik, but he deals mostly with steppe tribes (you can find a lot of these in the Steppe History board).
In addition, there are other books and publications (Concord f.e.) and Ian Heath's books ("Armies of the Dark Ages", "...Feudal Europe", "...Middle Ages" - Feudal Europe fits your timeframe) in particular do deal with Serbia (although they're much less illustrated than the Ospreys etc).

TheSarafanPriest:
How nice of you to share those with me  Thank you thousand times!
